Woo hoo! Today was Moses first day at school. He was standing at Prokuros waiting for us at 8 a..m. in his new school uniform and back pack. When we drove up, he had this HUGE smile on his face. Charlie says he just may be the next president. Moses’ brother was standing of in the distance like Moses was that day we met him. Charlie called him over and told him to get in the car with us. He was going to try and get him into school too. We had Yamkeyla with us too. You should of seen Moses hanging on to Yamkelya’s arm on the way into school amongst all the hundreds of kids walking in around us. It was so cute. We took him to his class while Charlie went to meet with the principle about Moses’ brother. He came back with good news, the principle and three other staff members voted to allow him into school in the 4th grede, 15 years old. Praise Jesus! Today, I went with Charlie to get Yamkelya’s birth certificate and the girls stayed at the school to tutor. We had to go to the market to get food. I am cooking Mexican food tonight for guests, 2 from Kayamandi and the woman who lives here with Charlie, Anita, who moved out for the month so we can be here. Thank you Jesus for her accommodating us. There will be about 9 people in for dinner and I hope everything turns out right. I am making refried beans, beef, salsa, guacamole and Spanish rice. Don’t worry Pat, I will put some unsalted stuff aside for me. I just have to say HOW MUCH I MISS MY GRAND DAUGHTER Arianna. Please, will everyone who knows her give her a hug from me……please tell her that her grandmother is looking at the moon at night and thinking of her and that I am sleeping with her teddy.
